Our Myzone heart rate monitors help you scale the workout to your unique fitness level as you work through our heart rate zones. The data also lets you and your coach know when you should push a little harder or scale back and recover.
All of our Myzone products deliver the heart rate data you’ll need, but some features and functionalities simply come down to your personal preferences.

After every Fit By July class, you’ll receive an email summary detailing calories burned, Effort Points, and other metrics so you can track your progress over time.
Fit By July is based on the science of EPOC, excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. If you challenge your body at the right intensity, your body will work harder to recover oxygen lost during exercise. This revs your metabolism and makes you burn calories long after your workout is over.
WHAT IS THE FIT ZONE?
The Fit By July workout comprises five heart rate zones based on your individual heart rate. Our workouts are strategically designed so you spend at least 20 minutes or more in the Fit Zone to get your heart rate between 80 to 89% of your unique heart rate maximum. When your heart rate is elevated, you’ll start to see and feel real changes in your body.
