We have developed a system by which we can functionally train our clients while still targeting their body to get into contest preparation mode. For 99% of the people out there – it’s DIET. Get them lean enough and their physique immediately begins to look better. The Hybrid approach to training provides a greater overall caloric burn and allows us to still train our clients in a functional manner.
