Dwayne July is a top trainer in Greenwich Connecticut.  His training focuses on performance enhancement.  He works closely with each person and individualizes training plans accordingly. Dwayne’s clients have experienced lasting success with their personal training goals because his methods are all encompassing. Dwayne trains clients not only to remain focused on fitness and personal fitness goals but also to enhance their performance in sports and fitness to the most optimal level.

Dwayne excelled in high school football and was named to the All-State team then went on to have a successful collegiate career and boxed competitively.  

Dwayne is an accomplished personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist, as well as a nationally licensed massage therapist.  In his 13 years in the fitness industry Dwayne has personally trained several Division 1 athletes in lacrosse, football, basketball, hockey, track and crew. Among his recruited athletes, Dwayne has also trained several top business executives. In his spare time Dwayne is an accomplished boxer having won the 2011 NY Metro Super Heavyweight Championship.

 

 

Tierre Wilson earned AP Honorable Mention All-American honors ... 2007-08 WAC Player of the Year ... First Team All-WAC ... named to the WAC All-Tournament team ...  (2006-07) Second-team All-WAC ... lived up to her billing as a preseason member of that team ... one of five players to rank in the conference top 10 in both scoring and rebounding ... her 14.4 ppg was good for fifth, while her 6.4 rebounds per game tied for eighth ... led the team in rebounding, and was second in scoring ... scored in double figures a team-high 26 times  ... Ranks in the Fresno State career top 10 in three-point field goals made and attempted ... started every game except for senior day, where the head coach Adrian Wiggins started their five seniors.

Jemir

Jemir Martinez is a former Division 1 Track and Field athlete and Junior Olympian. He still holds school and conference records. Jemir was the first person is school history to compete in the NCAA Junior Olympics. He was also named in the top 16 freshman in the country. He received his Bachelor of Science in Information Security & Assurance from Kennesaw State University and his MBA from The University of Georgia. He has been an athlete his entire life. Sports and fitness have always been a key part of his life.
